Built and shipped Keeby, a native macOS menu bar app that plays realistic mechanical keyboard sounds with true spatial stereo audio and a reactive notch visualizer, distributed via the Mac App Store

Reached #1 Top Paid app on the macOS App Store and generated $6,000+ within the first month, validating product-market fit and end-to-end distribution as a solo founder

Engineered a custom low-latency audio engine in Swift using AVAudioSourceNode with a lock-free SPSC ring buffer, ~3ms hardware buffer, and 96-voice polyphony for sub-3ms keystroke-to-sound latency

Implemented constant-power per-key stereo panning across the full keyboard layout so each key plays from its real-world physical position, creating immersive 3D typing audio

Shipped a native Windows version (.NET 8 WPF + WinForms) with a 959-line ported NAudio engine, system-wide hooks, and a self-contained WiX MSI installer that needs no admin or runtime install

Designed a hardware-fingerprinted licensing system and a dual-provider license router so a single binary serves both legacy and self-hosted customers

Built the getkeeby.com marketing + licensing site (Vite, React 19, Supabase, Vercel Edge) with PayMongo checkout, HMAC-verified webhooks, and a public thock counter that has handled 3,000,000+ requests

Secured a hardware sponsorship and cross-promotion partnership with Lofree, and grew the product organically through the mechanical keyboard community with zero paid acquisition
